Wilmall is a low voltage transformer manufacturer based in Yueqing, Zhejiang, China — the home of China’s low voltage electrical industry. We focus on one thing: building reliable step up / step down transformers, control transformers and variable transformers for distributors, wholesalers, OEM brands and project buyers around the world.
Our factory operates dedicated lines for winding, assembly and final testing, and we keep a low MOQ of 10 pcs so even first-time importers can start with a trial order.

We manufacture 100W – 10KVA transformers across five series: DT and ST step up / step down transformers, STU universal converters, JBK3 control transformers and TDGC2J variable transformers. Production covers winding, core stacking, varnishing, assembly and final electrical testing.
Capacity ranges from sample batches to container orders, with standard lead time of 15–25 days after deposit.

OEM / ODM is our core business. We customize voltage and capacity (110V↔220V, 220V↔110V, 220V↔380V and more), enclosure (metal or plastic, color, size), label and packaging (your brand, logo and carton design), and cable / socket / fuse options such as RCD protection and US / EU / UK plugs.

Quality is managed from incoming materials to final release: incoming coil and core inspection, in-process winding checks, and final testing including voltage ratio, insulation resistance and short-circuit checks on our test equipment.
Every unit is individually tested before packing, and we provide a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

Our manufacturing follows an ISO 9001 aligned quality system, and the main series carry CE and RoHS compliance. Control transformers reference VDE 0550 / IEC requirements.
