These terms govern your use of the Wilmall Transformers website and the purchase of our products. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products and Specifications
- Product descriptions, specifications and images on this website are provided in good faith. Actual units may vary slightly in appearance.
- Voltage, capacity and configuration shown for each model are typical values; confirm exact specifications in your order confirmation.
Orders and Pricing
- All prices are quoted in writing and are valid for the period stated in the quotation.
- Orders are confirmed only after we send you a proforma invoice and receive the agreed deposit.
- Standard MOQ is 10 pcs unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Production and Delivery
- Standard production time is 15-25 days after deposit, unless otherwise agreed.
- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, shipping schedules or force majeure.
Warranty
Our transformers carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of shipment. The warranty does not cover misuse, incorrect voltage connection, or damage in transit after handover to the carrier.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and product information, is the property of Wilmall Transformers and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wilmall Transformers is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Zhejiang Province, China.
